You are solely responsible for your content (files, photos, etc.) and the consequences of storing or transmitting it. We do not claim any ownership rights in your content. MocchaWise is a tool for management, and you retain all of your pre-existing rights in your content.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MocchaWise and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
